Why Hire a Stager?
Staging takes the unknown out of selling your property. With staging, potential buyers walk in and immediately feel at home imagining life in your space. Our staging services are ideal for investors, realtors, homeowners, and builders who are ready to put the finishing touches on their property, to sell quickly at highest possible value. Your property is the best listing in the neighborhood with a happy buyer who can’t wait to move in!
How Does the Process Work?
For clients in the Seattle area, this is a great option if you would like someone to completely stage your property before listing. Each design is different, just as each client and project is unique. The first step is getting to know my client, your property and your potential buyers and your listing. Our team is experienced in real estate and design, making us perfect partners for your staging project!
What is the investment for staging services?
Our staging services are a flat rate and range between $500 - $2,000. Our staging fee is good for 60 days from the date of staging. There is a fee for each additional month. Our standard stage includes furniture, art and accessories for a living room, dining room, kitchen, and up to 3 bathrooms.
Is your inventory owned or rented?
We have personally picked out and purchased each piece in our inventory, but often implement clients’ current furniture when available.
Do you stage occupied properties?
Yes, if you would like us to come to your home and give you some tips for moving things around, suggestions for furniture, accents and general design advice, we are available to do so at our hourly rate (plus travel time).
Can we purchase the furniture in the stage?
Yes! Many times, the furniture and accessories that are in the staged home are available for purchase.
How much notice do you need for a stage?
We would like 2-4 weeks notice of an upcoming staging date. This allows us to design the furniture plan and style the space specific to the property’s needs.
